The Pools are open!!! Regular season for all 13 pools begins June 4^th, don’t forget to renew or purchase your Season pass!

Concert in the Park - This five week series kicks off this Sunday, June 6^th at Northshore Park.  Bring a blanket, chairs and a picnic dinner and enjoy the sounds of Motown from Level One Band. The concert will be held from 7-9 p.m. Concert in the Parks is presented by Munday Chevrolet. The stage sponsor for the 2010 season is Liberty Mutual.

Train to Run - for the 10 for Texas Road Race in October!  Join our 123 Go training program and take your running from 5 miles to 10 miles just in time for the race!  Sign up for our Phase 2, 123 Running program and enjoy the support of training with other runners. Program registration has begun, the fee is $145, the fee includes entry into the race.  The program begins Saturday July 24^th.

Gorilla Hole - A great night out for your kids!  Drop your 5^th and 6^th Graders off at The Woodlands Recreation Center for an evening of music, games food and fun. All supervised by staff and sheriffs’ department officers.  Dress code and proper behavior enforced. Held the first and fifth Fridays of each month!  Fee: $7/person

Beach Babies - New this summer at Waterway Square - Bring out the kiddos for a craft, interactive activity and then play in the fountain.  It’s a surefire way to wear out the babies before naptime!  Snack and Drink provided.  Sign up by Monday, June 7^th! Fee: $50. Wednesdays in June at 9am.

Dance Camps - Introduce your child to dance at camp!  Each Camper will be treated to a sparkly makeover, manicure and pedicure.  Camps include dancing, arts/crafts, stories, movies, manners and etiquette.  Each camp includes a tea party with cookie/cupcake decorating and ?tea?.  Parents provide a sack lunch.  For ages 3-7yrs.  These themed camps are 2 days a week for 3 hours each day.  Sign up today!

Fast Forward Lego Camps - Lego Mania (ages 5-7) and Lego Logo (ages 8-12) camps the week of June 14^th!  Sign up to save your spot!  These 2 hour camps are affordable and allow campers to be creative with Lego kits not found in stores!

It is hard to believe that it has been 5 years since The Woodlands has had this wonderful arts festival held in Town Green Park.  Each year it continues to grow and it should be a fun time for all ages.  Come by and walk the waterway if you haven’t been by recently.  There is a lot more happening on the waterway and it continues to grow.

There will be more than 200 national and regional artists showcasing original works of art along The Woodlands Waterway® and Town Green Park during the 5th Annual Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival, April 10 - 11. The Festival features interactive art activities for children, student art exhibitions by public and private schools in Montgomery County, entertainment on two stages, and cuisine from P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and Jasper’s Gourmet Backyard Cuisine. Festival hours are 10 am - 6 pm, Saturday and Sunday. Admission is $10 for adults. Children 12 and under are admitted free of charge.
